This app has terrible customer service. They allow porn and even child porn on their wall, along with verbal abuse and bullying of members without suspension or revocation of user accounts. They implemented a 1% clawback of the rake, without an announcement and buried deep in fine print. They removed various table levels with recent upgrades which now force players of questionable ability into small clusters of tables. Often they will simply not answer support questions or address issues such as glitches with gifts or reporting abusive members.

Best poker game around

Ive been playing this game for several years now. With this new update its so so bad. I dont want to play this game anymore. And now with the update you cant login to Celeb Poker unless you have a Facebook account. Ive been playing this game for over four years now. I dont have a Facebook account. Super lame that I cant play the game now unless they create an account.

They had an option to watch videos for free chips. Suppose to receive 25000 each, you can watch 5 a day, and recently they only give you 1000 chips. and now they say they will not pay out the chips for this option, but it is still there. They allow inappropriate pics on their wall and when you complain they are still there. Now you only have the option of playing at certain tables, not all of them.

This game dont work every one day of two. They cant fix it during many many months. Why?

Not so bad indeed

Feel lucky go to a higher table ,/someone going all in every hand and you just want to play cards leave that table and sit at another of your choice. Before joining a game youll have a little time to pull up the players pictures at the table . Some are very original and funny. Days or weeks later you may be sitting down to play with players you have become to know. Oh yes and dont forget to tip. The dealer always has a kind word for your thoughtfulness

Easy "how to guide" to rekt people

With out a doubt, this is the best poker site Ive ever played. Best competition, best tournament play and best options for earning chips. I look forward to playing on this site whenever I can.

The latest update offers surveys to earn chips which requires you giving up email and utility account details. This has turned into a malware/fishing app. There an increase in featured profiles which seem to cater to escort/prostitution Think twice before offering ANY personal information. Update Jun2016: You can earn chips by watching promoted videos. The reward per video is 25,000 each (5x per 24h period) for a potential of 125,000 per day. But it only awards 1000 per video since. The start of June. Ive escalated to support but now they arent responding. This is a pretty shady app.

Constant malfunctions and chip stealers are the only thing more annoying than the pornographic pics they keep allowing people to post. This app used to be pretty good but that was years ago. Im already invested in this app or Id move on. If youre not then be smarter than I was and find a legitimate poker app. Dont believe me? Under "earn chips" watch their video for the free 25,000 chips. You only get 1,000. Write customer service and get ignored. In my opinion this is just one deception of many.
